People were very friendly and caring. Was made to feel welcome and relaxed. The hospice in Brentry was particularly impressive and the atmosphere was one of calm serenity.

- Individual, dental care. - Friendly approachable staff. - Sufficient staff dent ate enabling needs to be met quickly. - Holistic approach. - Time!! Overall an excellent standard of care and on one allocation have I considered that the client should have been more involved in decisions about medication.

The time taken to meet needs and answer questions. Patients can become confused some of the time and not able to process information and make decisions. Family in my view should them be consulted before mayor changes to treatment are made.

People understand what is going on with your condition-they are specialists which you wouldn't get in a general hospital. The care is second to none. Security it provides-good ratio of staff to patients-all staff are friendly and will talk to you-have the time. Can't think of anything to improve.
